Hi folks, many times i got asked how to download music, movies, software and all that other stuff. So i think it’s time to explain some things about this. There are many ways, how you can download stuff and i will show you some.
Here are some:
Torrent:
The most popular way to download stuff is torrent. Torrent-Client are P2P programms. P2P –> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peer-to-peer
So what do you need?
First, download a Torrent-Client, my favorite one is µTorrent (also written uTorrent). It’s very smart and easy to handle. So if you installed µTorrent you need a “.torrent”-File. If you start the torrent file, µTorrent will show up and you can press “Start download”. Where can you get a torrent file? There are a lot of sites offering torrent files with the newest movies, music and all other files. Some torrent sites listed:

- www.monova.org
- www.thepiratebay.com
- www.seedpeer.com
If you want to download a torrent, it needs to have “Seeds”. “Seeds” are people, who downloaded parts of or the whole torrent. They are uploading the torrent to you. If you downloaded a part of or the whole torrent you are also a seed, and people can download from you. It’s good to download a torrent with many seeds, because not everyone who seeds got the full torrent.
One-Click-Hosters like Rapidshare.com
Another way to download files is downloading via One-Click-Hosters like Rapidshare.com, Depositfiles.com and Megaupload.com ! The special thing on this way how to download is, that they are not offering the stuff themselfes. Everyone can make an account on these sites and upload his files. So, other people can download them. Thre is one problem, how can you get the download link? The download links are not on the sites showed, because it’s no legal to provide these. So you need to go to some special sites like:
- www.phazeddl.com
- www.katz.cd
- downloadwarez.org
- and many many others !
You will find a lot of other sites by yourself. What now? Just search for a movie, mp3 or whatever you want in the search box. If you find one search the rapidshare link and download it as free user (max. speed 200kb/s). If you want to download much and fast, you can buy a premium account. Those are really cheap and you can download as much as you want with fullspeed.
FTP / FXP Downloads
Not really a popular way, but there are some “crews” wich offering FTP-Servers full of movies and warez stuff. The most of the servers are hacked. How to get access to one? In almost every case you have to be a “crew member”. How to become a “crew member”? If you go to some hacking forums, you can learn how to hack a server and upload your own stuff, other want to trade the stuff, so you get access to theirs and you give them access.
