If you want to download a torrent, it needs to have “Seeds”. “Seeds” are people, who downloaded parts of or the whole torrent. They are uploading the torrent to you. If you downloaded a part of or the whole torrent you are also a seed, and people can download from you. It’s good to download a torrent with many seeds, because not everyone who seeds got the full torrent.

Another way to download files is downloading via One-Click-Hosters like Rapidshare.com, Depositfiles.com and Megaupload.com ! The special thing on this way how to download is, that they are not offering the stuff themselfes. Everyone can make an account on these sites and upload his files. So, other people can download them. Thre is one problem, how can you get the download link? The download links are not on the sites showed, because it’s no legal to provide these. So you need to go to some special sites like:

FTP / FXP Downloads
Not really a popular way, but there are some “crews” wich offering FTP-Servers full of movies and warez stuff. The most of the servers are hacked. How to get access to one? In almost every case you have to be a “crew member”. How to become a “crew member”? If you go to some hacking forums, you can learn how to hack a server and upload your own stuff, other want to trade the stuff, so you get access to theirs and you give them access.
This post is only for educational purposes. It’s illegal in much countrys to download films, music and other warez. So please inform yourself about your laws.

Google Phone

Today i’ll give you some informations about the new google mobile phone “Nexus One”. This weekend google will give the new mobile phone to all employees. The new google phone is made by HTC.  The operating system on the phone is “Android 2.1″. A “Snapdragon” Processor is also built in!

A digital camera, a OLED-Touchscreen and a Scrollwheel are built in too.

If everything works right, the new google phone could be sold, without a simlock, in january 2010 !

Yesterday i wrote an article about the new iPhone Worm. Today i will show you how to protect your iPhone against it.
You’ll see it is very simple and done in 5 Minutes. This tutorial is just for iPhone users with jailbreak.

iPhone SSH

This is the iPhone SSH Terminal console. Yo have to download it on Cydia.

Type in the search box (in cydia): “terminal”.

And you will see the application. Now install it.

After the install is finished open it and follow the

steps.

Type in these words (after each point press “return”)

• “su” –> Login as root
  
• “alpine” –> The standart password
  
• “passwd” –> The command to change the password
  
• “newpass” –> Your new password
  
• “newpass” –> Retype your new password
• “passwd mobile” –> Change the password for the user “mobile”
• “newpass” –> Your new password
• “newpass” –> Retype your new password

Now your passwords are changed and nobody can access your iPhone, without know your password. You are safe !

If you want you can delete the SSH Terminal programm, it’s not needed anymore !

Yesterday i heard from a new iPhone Worm, so gathered some information about it.

It’s the 3rd iPhone worm detected in the past weeks. People with a original iPhone (not Jailbroken) can
relax, the worm just concern jailbroken iPhones. Till now the worm is nameless, but very dangerous.
Symantec detected this worm. Like the other two worms in the past, the new one is also using

the SSH (Secure Shell) vulnerability. It can get in with a standart password. If you get infected,
the worm is starting to send SMS to the developers with your personal data. The developers also gain
remote access to your iPhone.

Two Ways to protect your iPhone:

• Change the SSH password (recommend)
• Delete your Jailbreak, do a factory reset

Microsoft on Tuesday offered a free 90-day trial of the final version of Windows 7, saying that the three-month free ride is for IT professionals.

The trial is the first opportunity for most users to get their hands on the release-to-manufacturing, or RTM, build of Windows 7. Previously, only TechNet or MSDN (Microsoft Developer Network) subscribers, or corporate customers with Software Assurance plans, have been able to download the final version of the OS.

And it’s the first time that Microsoft has offered a try-before-you-buy deal for Windows 7. The closest the company’s come to free before was a steep, limited-time discount on pre-orders for the new operating system. Today, Microsoft announced a 15%-off promotion for Windows 7 Professional that should drop reseller prices from the $199.99 list for an upgrade edition to about $170. The lower price will be in effect until Feb. 28, 2010.
